About the Role
We are seeking an ICT Engineer to join our on-site technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, improving, and supporting our IT infrastructure while ensuring secure and efficient operations across the organization.
This role requires a hands-on professional who can manage and support both macOS and Windows environments, as well as cloud-based infrastructure and services, deliver high-quality technical assistance to users, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our ICT systems and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-site network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches, wireless access points, VPNs).
- Administer and support Microsoft 365, Entra ID and other cloud services.
- Deliver 2nd and 3rd-level technical support for ICT systems and end users on macOS and Windows devices.
- Perform system monitoring, patching, and updates to maintain performance, security, and compliance.
- Support endpoint management, imaging, and software deployment across macOS and Windows systems.
- Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and the rollout of new technologies.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders for issue resolution and service optimization.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and contribute to ICT process development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in ICT support or infrastructure engineering.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Windows Server administration (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO)
- Microsoft 365, Azure services and Entra ID
- Networking (Cisco, Fortinet, or similar)
- macOS and Windows desktop support and management
- Strong understanding of IT security principles and backup/disaster recovery practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CCNA, AZ-500, AZ-104.
- Experience with device management tools (e.g., Intune).
- Familiarity with scripting (e.g PowerShell).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes or ISO 27001 standards.
