ICT Executive Assistant

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the IT department management team, including scheduling meetings, handling phone calls, and managing emails
• Create and maintain IT-related documentation, such as reports, manuals, and correspondence
• Maintain organized records of IT inventory, supplies, and service contracts
• Assist in basic IT project coordination, including tracking project progress, scheduling, and communicating with team members
• Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain IT records and databases
• Act as a liaison between the IT department and other departments, ensuring effective communication, collaboration and scheduling

Necessary qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Related 2+ years of experience
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software; including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic knowledge of IT terminology and processes
• Excellent command of the English and Greek language (spoken & written)

 Desired qualifications

• Knowledge of hospitality & tourism business related processes
• Experience working collaboratively within an IT department and 3rd parties
