Role Overview

The IT Specialist will play a key role in maintaining, supporting, and optimizing the company’s IT infrastructure across all sites. The ideal candidate will ensure system stability, data integrity, and network security to guarantee seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support to all office staff.
• Maintain and support day-to-day IT operations (server rooms, printers, access points, etc.).
• Manage, monitor, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers (Windows, MS SQL), firewalls (FortiGate), networks, and hardware across all sites.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications.
• Implement and oversee cybersecurity measures and data backup strategies.
• Contribute to the development and reinforcement of cybersecurity capabilities across all sites, fostering a strong and sustainable culture of cybersecurity awareness.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, processes, and configurations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.
• Solid understanding of Windows Server administration.
• Strong networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware).
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco (CCNA), or Microsoft.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and IT security frameworks.
• Experience with ERP systems (SoftOne preferred).
• Experience with data mining and business intelligence tools (Power BI preferred).
• Strong analytical skills, a hands-on approach, and a high sense of responsibility.
