As part of our IT Department, you will play a key role in the design, development, and evolution of our SoftOne ERP ecosystem. This position blends strong technical expertise with a solid understanding of business operations to deliver tailored solutions that drive efficiency, automation, and growth.

You will collaborate closely with ERP Consultants and the various departments across the company to analyze business requirements, translate them into robust technical implementations, and ensure seamless ERP performance throughout the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain custom modules, forms, and business processes within SoftOne ERP

• Work closely with ERP Consultants to ensure technical implementations align with business requirements and follow best practices

• Build, enhance, and optimize integrations, APIs, and automated workflows between SoftOne ERP and external systems

• Develop and maintain SQL components such as scripts, views, stored procedures, and custom reports to support analytics and operations

• Assess and identify opportunities within new ERP functionalities, proposing enhancements or module extensions where appropriate

• Create and update comprehensive technical and user documentation to ensure clarity and system consistency

•Provide advanced user support, diagnosing and resolving application issues or system malfunctions

• Safeguard data quality, security, and system performance through continuous monitoring and proactive optimization

What You Bring to the Team

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in ERP development, including at least 3 years of practical work with SoftOne ERP (required)

• Deep knowledge of SoftOne ERP modules, including Database Designer and Form Scripts

• Strong command of SQL Server and Transact-SQL, with proven ability in data modeling, query tuning, and performance optimization

• Experience developing integrations using .NET, JavaScript, and RESTful APIsFamiliarity with SoftOne Web Services.

• A collaborative approach, working effectively with ERP, users, and cross-functional teams
