IT Support & Cloud Associate

(mid level – 2 years experience required)

The Role in Action

• Configure, support, and manage Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure solutions
• Provide support and installation for IT equipment (PCs, Servers, PDAs, Printers)
• Manage and support networks, primarily using WatchGuard solutions
• Implement Unified Communication systems with 3CX
• Participate in projects involving WMS, ERP and other automation systems
• Communicate with clients and resolve technical issues

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT support or cloud role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure
• Driving License

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Soft1 ERP, Microsoft Power Platform, WatchGuard, 3CX, WMS
