This role is pivotal to the digital transformation of our educational environment. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading the lifecycle of application projects, from requirements gathering to rollout, integration, and continuous optimisation. Acting as the bridge between academic, administrative, and IT teams, the candidate will ensure that platforms and applications fully support teaching, learning, and organisational objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Lead application-related projects, including requirement analysis, solution design, rollout planning, and stakeholder communication.
• Define project timelines, milestones, risks, and success criteria, providing regular progress reports to management.
• Ensure project deliverables align with organisational goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Organise workshops, training sessions, and feedback loops to ensure adoption and effective use of applications.
• Oversee core school management platforms (e.g., iSAMS, SchoolsBuddy, OpenApply), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data.
• Configure and adapt applications to meet the school’s operational and academic needs.
• Implement integration solutions between applications, ensuring smooth data flows and interoperability.
• Manage ETL processes, optimise data loading, and develop data quality processes to guarantee data integrity.
• Design and maintain reporting and analytics solutions to support decision-making.
• Drive the adoption of new features and modules to enhance processes and user experience.
• Monitor performance of applications and recommend enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and data protection requirements.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in the education sector.
• Proven track record in managing application rollouts, integrations, and stakeholder-driven projects.
• Experience in application configuration and implementation.
• Understanding of data management, ETL processes, API-based integrations, and data quality frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of school management systems (iSAMS or similar on school management system).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, modern SaaS ecosystems and how to integrate and automate.
• Basic understanding of networking and infrastructure administration (nice to have, not core).
• Excellent project management, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural, international environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
