Your role as a System Administrator will focus on the delivery of client engagements, by understanding objectives for clients’ engagements, aligning your own work to objectives and setting personal priorities, teaming with others across businesses and borders and taking accountability for own and team results. In this role, you will build relationships and exercise your communication skills in order to positively influence your peers and other stakeholders. You will commit to personal learning and development by actively seeking opportunities for growth, you will share knowledge and experience with others, and act as a strong brand ambassador, embracing our purpose and values in order to put these into practice in your professional life.

During your tenure, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:

Administer and maintain Windows Server infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, security, and performance.
Manage and configure Active Directory services, including Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and user access controls.
Deploy, monitor, and maintain virtualization environments using Hyper-V and related management tools.
Support and administer Linux-based systems (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL) within hybrid or multi-platform environments.
Implement and test disaster recovery (DR) and high availability (HA) strategies to ensure business continuity.
Work with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift for modern application deployment.
Administer and support Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and integration with on-premises systems.
Leverage PowerShell and Bash scripting to automate administrative tasks, configuration management, and reporting.
Apply DevOps principles to streamline system deployment, configuration, and CI/CD automation workflows.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance, ensuring adherence to operational and security standards.

Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience
Experience with Windows Server infrastructure and system administration
Proficient in Active Directory management, including Group Policy Objects (GPO), DNS, and DHCP
Skilled in Hyper-V virtualization technologies
Experience with Linux systems such as Ubuntu, CentOS, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
Knowledge of disaster recovery (DR) and high availability solutions
Familiarity with containerization technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift
Experience administering Office 365 environments
Integration experience with Microsoft Power Platform
Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash
Understanding and application of DevOps practices including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), automation, and monitoring
Strong interpersonal and communications skills in English
