Job Description

Are you ready to discover the role of an Application Support Agent in Netcompany?

As an Application Support Agent, you will:
  • Receive, log, and manage incidents and requests via the ticketing system.
  • Forward tickets to other support services when required, ensuring proper traceability across systems.
  • Create and link tickets in related platforms to maintain accurate records.
  • Assess and assign priorities to tickets in line with internal procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders through the ticketing system.
  • Ensure follow-up until resolution, respecting SLA response and resolution times.


Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or application support.
  • Understanding of ITIL support processes (incident, problem, and change management).
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA), including workflows and dashboards.
  • Basic SQL knowledge to query and compare application output with database tables.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand business processes and application workflows.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a collaborative, solution-focused approach in a multicultural team environment.
