HelpDesk Software Engineer

The successful candidate will be part of the Software & Consulting Services department and will participate in the testing and support of application software throughout all phases of the project (development, system/regression/integration testing, support). In addition, he/she will be responsible for collecting application software support requests, diagnosing any first-level errors, and informing the application development team of any second-level fixes.

 

What you’ll do:
Support and test software applications across all project phases

  • Troubleshoot & resolve first-level issues
  • Communicate with clients & document incidents
  • Collaborate with Dev & QA teams for escalations

 

🛠 What we’re looking for:

  • Degree in Computer Science / STEM field
  • Experience in software support or similar role
  • Knowledge of OS, databases & networks
  • Team spirit + problem-solving mindset
  • Native Greek & strong English

 

Nice to have:

  • Software development & database skills
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira
  • Availability for shift work
