ΙT Infrastructure Support Assistant

FDL Group, one of the largest Logistics providers in Greece with over 20 years of experience, is expanding its IT team and is looking for an ΙT Infrastructure Support Assistant professional to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and administration of IT systems and networks
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of infrastructure hardware (servers, switches, firewalls, storage)
• End-user support for PCs, laptops, and peripherals
• Participation in IT infrastructure projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Studies in Computer Science, Networks, or a related field
• Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years
• Knowledge of operating systems, networks, and IT hardware
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
• Team spirit and good communication skills
• Proficiency in Greek & English
