We are looking for an ERP Project Manager – Software Solutions to join our high caliber team.

Your Role

As a Project Manager, you will manage the full project lifecycle of ERP implementations and act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams. You will ensure that business needs are accurately understood, translated into functional requirements, and delivered as successful software solutions.

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Manage end-to-end ERP software implementation projects for clients.
• Gather and analyze client requirements with a strong focus on business processes and operational efficiency.
• Develop detailed project plans, scope, and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants and business stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, proactively manage risks, and resolve issues.
• Provide regular updates and clear communication to stakeholders and clients.
•  Ensure ERP solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client business needs.

 Your Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in ERP or other business software consulting and implementation.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in ERP software projects is a plus.
• Strong understanding of core business operations, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable project plans.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Project Management certification is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
