Atlantic Bulk Carriers Management Ltd (Shipping Company) is seeking an experienced and versatile IT Specialist to strengthen its technology team, with a primary focus on IT infrastructure, application development, artificial intelligence, and automations. This is a full-time, onsite position based at our company offices. Daily physical presence is required, with occasional remote support for branch offices or after-office-hours (AOH) needs.

Responsibilities
•    Assist with firewalls, VPNs, and network infrastructure (switches)
•    Database management (SQL Server)
•    Support of internal users and IT projects (Windows, O365, hardware/software)
•    Participate in AI-related projects (data processing, model integration)
•    Development and implementation of AI solutions to enhance operational efficiency
•    Automation of internal processes (scripting, tools, power automation)
•    Collaboration with external vendors and teams

Required skills
•    M.Sc. Electrical Engineer or National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) or Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
•    Good knowledge of databases and SQL
•    Experience with automation systems and scripting (Power automation, PowerShell, Python)
•    Good knowledge of firewalls and switches
•    Understanding of cybersecurity principles
•    Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Desired Skills
•    Experience in .NET application development
•    Exposure to AI/ML (e.g., ML.NET, TensorFlow)
•    Familiar with MS Power Automate, MS Power BI, MS Power Builder, Sharepoint
•    Understanding of cybersecurity principles
•    Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, etc.)
•    Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
