IT Systems & Support Specialist

Candidate Profile
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on IT professional to join our team.
If you are passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership of both support and infrastructure tasks, this role is for you.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks
In this role, you will combine helpdesk support with systems administration:
- Provide 1st & 2nd level support to users and stores (remote & on-site)
- Participate in network installation, maintenance & troubleshooting (firewall, VPN, VoIP, RF Scanners)
- Ensure smooth operation of internal infrastructure: laptops, desktops, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, internet, intranet, LANs & WANs
- Perform capacity planning, storage management & monitor database performance
- Carry out routine audits and proactive system checks
- Support and maintain Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and Office 365
- Take ownership of hardware lifecycle: installation, maintenance, troubleshooting
- Assist in OS management: installation, maintenance, patching & troubleshooting
- Set up, configure, and maintain workstations (PCs, laptops, mobile devices), peripherals, and networking hardware
