The Position:

We are looking for someone to join the team of sophisticated developers and customer-oriented tech gurus in Thessaloniki.  The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and detail-oriented problem solver. Position Responsibilities:

• You will be working with enterprise application customers and our worldwide network of distributors, providing installation, training, and support of automation production systems.
• You will assist customers in integrating our customized solutions with their e-commerce and production systems.
• This position is Hybrid, and you must be able to work from the office 2-3 days a week, or when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent.
• You have several years of practical experience with enterprise-level applications and direct customer contact.
• You have worked on projects supporting web applications that require knowledge of Microsoft SQL/MySQL databases, Windows-based Cloud Servers, and APIs, and you can communicate with software developers and corporate IT about these technologies.
• You have experience in the setup of IIS applications and integration with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento.
• You have a working knowledge of AWS.
• Verbal and Written English proficiency.
• Military obligations must be fulfilled.
