We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Specialist to join our Commercial Excellence team in Marousi.

As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure smooth operations across sales, marketing, and customer service. You will support end-users, ensure data accuracy, generate reports and insights, and drive adoption of CRM best practices, enabling OB Streem to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve commercial growth.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company’s CRM platform, ensuring data integrity, security, and usability.
  • Monitor data quality and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with GDPR and internal policies.
  • Customize and configure CRM workflows, dashboards, and reports to support business needs.
  • Drive user adoption across the organization through training, support, and change management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to streamline processes and optimize CRM usage.
  • Track and analyze customer interactions and behaviors to provide actionable insights for business decisions.
  • Generate performance reports, KPIs, and forecasts to support commercial excellence initiatives.
  • Work closely with IT and external vendors on CRM upgrades, integrations (e.g., ERP, WMS), and system enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within the CRM ecosystem.
  • Act as the go-to expert for CRM-related queries and troubleshooting.


Requirements

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities, able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Solid understanding of CRM principles, customer lifecycle management, and sales processes.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong business writing and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and documentation.
  • Familiarity with data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of direct experience as a CRM Specialist, CRM Analyst, or in a similar role within a structured corporate environment.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent).
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or other B2B service industries will be considered a strong advantage.
