TERNA ENERGY is seeking an enthusiastic:

IT Support Specialist to join its ICT Department

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing end-user hardware and software support, handling/ monitoring the overall system and network status, and communicating with hardware and service providers.

Essential functions for the Role

  • Monitors the company’s system and network infrastructure via the established monitoring tool
  • Provides first-level troubleshooting and support
  • Escalates issues to internal or external second level support
  • Follows end-user requests on the Helpdesk Portal
  • Handles the communication with hardware and service providers to fulfill IT procurement requests
  • Prepares monthly reports

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or similar
  • Good knowledge of Windows configuration and administration
  • Very good knowledge of Office 365 platform
  • At least basic understanding of LAN & WAN networking
