Are you ready to join the forefront of technology as an iOS Software Engineer in Netcompany?

Joining us as an iOS Software Engineer, you will be a part of a highly-skilled core engineering team responsible for delivering state-of-the-art solutions for Netcompany-Intrasoft's products and clients.

As an iOS Software Engineer you will:

• Develop high-quality mobile applications for the iOS platform, focusing on performance, scalability, and user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and back-end developers, to define, design, and ship new features
• Maintain and optimize existing codebases, ensuring robustness, security, and performance through continuous refactoring and code reviews
• Debug and resolve issues by tracking down and fixing crashes, performance bottlenecks, and user-reported bugs
• Implement APIs and integrate third-party services, ensuring smooth interaction between mobile apps and back-end systems
• Stay up to date with the latest mobile development trends and continuously improve the app's architecture and performance
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure the high reliability of the mobile applications
• Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and other Agile/Scrum ceremonies to align development efforts with team goals

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Academic Background: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
• Language Expertise: Strong expertise in Swift (up to Swift 6), with advanced use of Swift Concurrency (async/await) and structured concurrency principles for managing asynchronous tasks effectively
• Architecture Proficiency: Proven experience designing scalable, testable, and maintainable iOS applications using modern architectural patterns such as MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture, Modularization, and Composable Architecture (TCA)
• UI Development: In-depth experience building reactive, modern, and accessible UIs with SwiftUI, leveraging NavigationStack, Core Animation, SF Symbols, and third-party animation frameworks like Lottie to deliver high-quality user experiences
• Dependency Injection: Skilled in using Resolver, Factory Pattern, and Property Wrappers for Dependency Injection, enabling modular, decoupled codebases. Familiarity with DI approaches leveraging Swift Concurrency
• Testing Excellence: Strong experience writing and maintaining unit tests using XCTest, UI tests with XCUITest, and leveraging tools such as Quick/Nimble, Mockingbird, and SnapshotTesting. Familiar with Xcode Test Plans and test automation strategies to ensure robust application quality
• Version Control: Proficient with Git, including branching strategies, pull request management, and code reviews in collaborative team environments
• Networking: Solid expertise in integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL services using URLSession, Combine, Alamofire, Moya, and Apollo GraphQL, with full adoption of async/await-based networking
• Persistence & Local Storage: Experienced with a variety of persistence solutions including Core Data, Realm, UserDefaults, Keychain, CloudKit, and FileManager, ensuring secure and offline-capable applications
• Background Tasks Management: Skilled in managing long-running and background tasks using BackgroundTasks, OperationQueue, and URLSession background configurations, as well as implementing PushKit for VoIP and notification-based workflows
• CI/CD & Distribution: Working knowledge of continuous integration and deployment pipelines using Xcode Cloud, GitHub Actions, and Fastlane, along with experience in app distribution through TestFlight and Firebase App Distribution
• Security Awareness: Strong understanding of mobile security best practices including secure storage (Keychain, Secure Enclave), App Attest, DeviceCheck, Biometric Authentication (Face ID, Touch ID), and adherence to Privacy Manifest standards
• Analytics & Crash Reporting: Integration experience with Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to monitor app performance, track usage metrics, and identify production issues proactively

It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:

• Familiarity with CI/CD tooling and automation, including Fastlane scripting, Firebase integrations, and automated test/report workflows
• Up-to-date knowledge of Apple ecosystem enhancements, Swift language evolution, and App Store compliance guidelines
