Job Description

Are you ready to discover the role of an Application Support Agent in Netcompany?
As an Application Support Agent, you will:
  • Receive and log requests/incidents & questions from users, provide technical support, investigate problems, and determine appropriate actions.
  • Ensure and perform all communication with the end-users;
  • Participate in meetings with the development team.
  • Provide services to all stakeholders according to ITIL best practices; handling and documenting all requests.
  • Improving documentation and creating FAQs based on received calls.


Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:
  • Higher education or at least 1 year relevant experience in end-user assistance and support of information systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand processes.
  • A solution-oriented mindset; proactive and reactive when facing problems.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • English proficiency at European level C1 (mandatory).
  • Ability to work with teams in multicultural environment with excellent interpersonal skills.
