As a Junior Support Engineer, you will:

• Be a member of a team which designs, customizes, and maintains Danaos Planned Maintenance, Dry Docking & Purchasing Software
• Communicate with customer to collect requirements and consult on appropriate solutions
• Communicate customer requirements to Development Team
• Participate in UATs
• Present demos to customers and consult on product solutions
• Support application related issues
• Train key and/or end users

The ideal candidate should have:

• Degree in Engineering or Maritime.
• Enthusiasm to learn and work with Maritime Digital Application
