We are looking for high-caliber and experienced Senior Agile Coach to join our Project Management Department.
The Senior Agile Coach drives enterprise-wide agility by guiding teams and leaders through lean-agile transformation. The role spans multiple teams, focusing on assessing agile maturity, improving delivery practices, and solving execution challenges. It combines coaching, facilitation, and mentorship to influence change at all organizational levels and align agile adoption with strategic goals.
🚀 What You'll Do
- Serve as an advisor, coaching leaders and teams on adopting agility within their environment. Craft and lead effective Agile transformation strategies for the organization.
- Develop and execute change management plans, identifying potential resistance and designing strategies to mitigate risks.
- Offer education, mentorship, and guidance to development teams, architects, management, and business partners by clarifying roles, responsibilities, and best practices.
- Apply a broad range of proven patterns and techniques to address gaps in Agile practices, helping the organization realize the benefits of agility through innovative operating models that enhance responsiveness.
- Assess organizational Agile maturity and guide teams and leadership toward higher levels of maturity at a sustainable pace.
- Lead the organization’s use of comprehensive Agile metrics, focusing beyond delivery to customer outcomes and business impact, maintaining transparency through dashboards and team tools.
- Develop and deliver training content on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and other practices tailored for both beginners and advanced practitioners.
- Drive the formation of an Agile Center of Excellence within the organization, applying industry best practices and standards.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape and execute the Enterprise Agile strategy, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Lead change initiatives for processes and people by communicating the vision, creating clarity, celebrating progress, and establishing new behaviours.
- Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to teams and Scrum practitioners, supporting leadership as they evolve to a modern operating model.
🔍What You Bring
- BSc/MSc in Engineering, Communications, Business, Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience; within a large-scale Agile environment.
- Possesses entrepreneurial drive, capable of creating the right environment and practices for agility.
- Deep technical and business knowledge across multiple domains and processes.
- Certification in at least one of the following: A-CSM, PSM2, CSP-SM.
- Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, etc.).
- Ability to build and nurture strong relationships with senior technical leaders, executive teams, and key business partners.
- The ability to identify process deficiencies and suggest improvements based on knowledge and experience.
- Strong organizational change management skills.
- A hands-on, professional, detail-oriented approach that strives for excellence.
- Strong written and verbal communication for coordinating with team members, stakeholders, and management.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to stay motivated and work effectively under pressure.
