Are you ready to discover the role of a Software Engineering Manager in Netcompany?

Joining us as a Software Engineering Manager, you will have the opportunity to be a part of our highly skilled engineering teams working within large-scale transformation projects for the growing Public Sector business unit of Netcompany - Intrasoft.

As a Software Engineering Manager you will:

• Lead and grow multiple engineering teams
• Design and develop large web-based applications
• Ensure the alignment between client requirements and engineering teams
• Set coding standards and methodologies according to technology trends, best practices and experience
• Oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met while managing risks and dependencies
• Provideleadership and guidance to software engineers, serving as a mentor and role model in their professional developmenτ

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline
• Solid engineering background and experience, including system design
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Java development is required
• Ability to strategically coach and influence multiple teams
• Demonstrated ability and experience in technical project management and software delivery
• Excellent communication skills (Greek and English)

It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:

• Experience working in Public Sector related projects would be advantageous
