Mid/Senior System Engineer

Will be placed in our client's IT Infrastructure & Operations Division (Bank sector) and will be responsible for administering Exchange Server and Exchange Online. The position will also assist in setting up, configuring, administering and recovering Windows Systems effectively and efficiently, communicating with team members and business stakeholders and meeting SLA’s.

  Main Role, Responsibilities & Skills

• Keep the systems up to date regarding to any security, vulnerability, and risk framework of the organization.
• Monitor the performance and availability of the systems and perform capacity planning (Centralized Monitoring).
• Interacts with other team members and cross-IT staff on project activities.
• Reviewing usage and activity reports and adjusting ensure optimized user-experiences.
• Performing maintenance of the Exchange platform and servers.
• Troubleshooting and resolving Exchange issues or malfunctions.
• Troubleshooting and resolving Systems issues or malfunctions.
• Experience in MS Windows Server operating systems and permissions.
• Self-motivated with strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work both independently and in a team environment.
