We are looking for a System Engineer - IT Support

IID S.A., with a long-standing presence in the Greek market, provides comprehensive digitization & electronic archiving services to businesses. We are looking for Computer Systems Support Engineers/Technicians, with the aim of designing and implementing reliable and innovative digitization and electronic archiving services for businesses and organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Installation and maintenance of Information Systems and Infrastructures (computers, networks, digitization machines) within the framework of internal and external projects
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows operating systems and SQL Server databases
• Performing monitoring, backup/restore and upgrades
• Creation and review of technical specification documents, documentation and quality control
• Organization and maintenance of data regarding equipment, information security and control structures in accordance with ISO standard requirements
• Technical support of internal and external users, systems and applications
• Configuration and redesign of the Information Security System

Required experience and qualifications:

• University/Technical College/IEK degree in Computer Science
• Previous experience in IT support or similar role
• Technical knowledge of computer and network maintenance/management
• Very good knowledge of computer systems (Hardware, Software, Operating Systems, Networks and Data Security Issues)
• Experience in Microsoft technologies - Windows 10/11, Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, Group Policies
• Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols and network technologies (DHCP, DNS, VPN, Firewall)
• Excellent command of the English language both written & spoken
• Team spirit, flexibility and adaptability
• Ability problem solving, analytical thinking
• Excellent communication skills
• Completed military obligations (for men)

Additional Skills:

• Knowledge of Virtualization technologies (HyperV, VMware)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud technologies, Office 365, Onedrive
