Established in Athens in 1990, Sugar World advanced the world of cake decorating in Greece by importing previously unavailable products, training courses and marketing tools from all over the world.

We have a network of customers both wholesale and retail covering the whole of Greece, including confectionary suppliers, catering companies, confectionary/bakery shops & chains, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, kitchen supply stores and e-shops.

Along with the SugarWorld brand we also represent many worldwide leading brands. Sourcing new products and staying ahead of current trends together with offering the best service to our customers is the driving force for Sugar World.

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to support our internal systems on a part-time basis. On-site presence is required one day per week.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Senior IT Support

Responsible for maintenance and upgrade of IT systems

Weekly Server Back up

Responsible for Office supply purchases (Ink and paper for printing)

• Responsible for Tec Solutions

Management and update of licences (Adobe, Windows, Office, Antivirus)

Regularly assess company/users’ needs to assess whether new software / hardware should be purchased

• ERP Consulting

Offering solutions and dealing with everyday problems as they arise

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• IT systems maintenance and troubleshooting
• Server back ups
• Software licensing management
• Ability to assess and recommend hardware/software solutions
• ERP & CRP Systems (EPSILON ERP system preferred)
• Fluent Greek and English
