Required Skills:

• Good knowledge and understanding of Windows servers and Active Directory, both in physical and virtual (Hyper-V) environments.
• Good knowledge and understating of Windows desktop operating systems.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft’s O365 cloud platform.
• Understanding of IP networks, routing, switching, VPN and firewalling.
• In depth understanding of IT solutions.
• Excellent command of the Greek and English language both in speaking and writing.

Main Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot IT systems, both hardware and software.
• Provide daily administrative tasks to Windows servers environment and Active Directory.
• Provide daily administrative tasks to Windows desktop operating systems.
• Provide daily administrative tasks to Microsoft’s O365 platform.
• Maintain and upgrade installed applications.
• Conduct Software and Hardware troubleshooting.
• Ensure smooth operation of all IT systems under his maintenance.

The potential candidate will join a highly skilled team of IT engineers who design and administrate large and complex IT environments. Eventually, she/he will be assigned new IT projects to design and run both in terms of expertise as well as in terms of management and administration. She/he will also be assigned to customer’s contracts to provide IT systems and user support services on a daily basis.
