Key Responsibilities:
As the IT Core Retail & Forecast and Replenishment Product Owner, you will play a key role in managing the product lifecycle of SAP-based systems. Your main duties include:
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision for Core Retail & Forecast & Replenishment (F&R) solutions, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Gather and document requirements from key stakeholders (e.g., Accounting, Logistics) and translate them into actionable user stories and functional specifications.
- Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely and value-driven delivery.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including SAP experts, platform specialists, and regional teams, to design and implement solutions.
- System Optimization: Identify opportunities for system improvements and contribute to ongoing process optimization.
- User Engagement: Actively engage with end-users to incorporate feedback into the product lifecycle and ensure continuous improvement.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, ensuring that features meet business goals and customer needs.
Skills and Experience:
We are looking for a professional with a strong background in SAP and retail technology solutions. Key qualifications include:
- SAP Expertise: Strong working knowledge of SAP SD and SAP MM modules, with experience in configuring and aligning business processes.
- Experience with SAP F&R: Hands-on experience with SAP F&R and/or SAP FI is a plus.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe) and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage and align diverse stakeholders (business, IT, and regional teams).
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business problems into clear, actionable solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with teams across geographies and disciplines to ensure successful product delivery.
- Fluent in English: Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (Master's degree is a plus).
