Responsibilities
· Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements
· Execute and monitor project activities
· Analyze all management and technical processes to ensure they’re delivered as expected
· Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather project requirements and expectations
· Build and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders
· Allocate resources efficiently and effectively to meet project objectives
· Monitor and optimize resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle
· Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
· Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards
· Implement and enforce best practices for development, testing, and deployment
· Conduct regular project reviews to assess and improve project performance
· Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met
· Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize project expenditures
· Generate regular project status reports for internal and external stakeholders
· Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, design, testing documents, exit reports etc
· Knowledge of Validata solutions and understanding of best practices, methodology and value propositions as these will be directly linked with each client project.
Requirements
· In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Temenos core banking solutions
· Proven 7+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, specifically in banking projects.
· Familiarity with banking systems and technologies
· Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Very good command of English language. Excellent written and verbal skills. Additional language is considered an asset
· Strong leadership, time management and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
· Ability to travel abroad
· Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications will be considered an asset
