Successful candidates will join a dynamic project team and contribute across three key technical areas: Application Development, Systems & Endpoint Security Management, and Network & User Support Infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities (depending on profile):
- Network & Infrastructure Support:
- Monitor and maintain enterprise networks and telephony infrastructure
- Support NOC/SOC environments and resolve incidents in a timely manner
- Manage structured cabling systems and IT network equipment
- Provide 2nd-level user support and technical troubleshooting
- Systems & Endpoint Administration:
- Manage On-Premise Active Directory and Azure AD environments
- Configure and operate SCCM, Intune, and Group Policy tools
- Monitor Windows environments (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft 365 Defender (EDR)
- Support secure and standardized endpoint deployment and lifecycle management.
- Application Development & Database Support:
- Develop and maintain applications using Oracle Forms/Reports (6i, 9i, 10g)
- Design and implement solutions using SQL and PL/SQL
- Maintain and administer Oracle and SQL Server databases
- Participate in requirements gathering, system integration, and software updates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
- Relevant Master’s Degree will be considered a plus
- Professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle) will be highly valued
- At least two 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in one or more of the above areas
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
