Additionally, TEMES has partnered with Lamda Development S.A. with the majority stake in the joint development of two state-of-the-art hotels along with branded residences in the framework of the landmark project of The Ellinikon, which aims to put the ‘Athens Riviera’ on the global tourism map.
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic IT Business Solution Senior Manager to join our IT team. This role will act as the liaison between IT and business units, while leading digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience, streamline operations, and drive business growth. The position will be reporting to the IT Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Partnership and Technology Roadmap Implementation:
- Understand and address business needs and challenges related to commerce and digital solutions, including CRM
- Key contributor in developing and driving the digital transformation roadmap, leveraging on CRM, AI and other technology trends
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs and vendor partners to select and deliver solutions effectively
- Lead efforts to build a skilled and dedicated team to support business solutions development in the commerce area. This includes identifying key roles, recruiting top talent, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the implementation of digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Ensure effective communication between IT and business units.
- Conduct regular meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Change Management:
- Ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and address any resistance to change.
- Performance Metrics:
- Define key performance indicators to measure the success of digital transformation and AI initiatives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure goals are being met and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT, with significant experience in digital transformation and IT solutions delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven track record in driving successful digital initiatives and delivering business solutions
- Strong knowledge of business processes analysis and challenges
- Passionate about delivering solutions and solving customer and business problems
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management , project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum)
- Deep understanding of CRM systems, mobile apps, e-commerce platforms, AI, and digital transformation strategies.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize initiatives.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for working cross functionally across organizational levels with the ability to collaborate across a diverse, multi-functional environment
- Strong team management skills, provide direction and mentorship to his/her team (junior to mid-level experience)
