Role Overview
As a Product Manager at tbi bank Greece, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative banking products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and optimize products that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
What you get to do in this role:

Develop and execute product strategies aligned with tbi bank’s vision and market needs.

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and continuous improvement.

Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, fraud, compliance and operations teams to deliver high-quality products on time.

Define and track key product metrics, using data to drive decision-making and product enhancements.

Gather and prioritize customer feedback to ensure products meet user needs and regulatory requirements.

Prepare product documentation, business cases, and go-to-market plans.

Stay up to date with industry trends, digital banking innovations, and regulatory changes.
What we are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)

4+ years of experience of hands-on software product management experience and proven ability to manage full software product or feature cycles, from discovery to launch

Strong understanding of financial products, digital banking, e-commerce and customer experience best practices

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment

Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)

Passion for innovation and delivering outstanding customer experiences
