Mid-Senior Enterprise Architect

Role: As a Mid-Senior Enterprise Architect you will design, develop, and maintain high-level enterprise architecture models and roadmaps to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient IT operations. 

 What you will do:

•    Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the enterprise architecture information entered in LeanIX
•    Continuously update and maintain the enterprise architecture elements in LeanIX (Domains, Capabilities, Applications, Interfaces, etc.).
•    Monitoring and evaluation of projects/initiatives that affect the business architecture, with registration and monitoring of the corresponding initiatives in LeanIX
•    Participate in the evaluation of high level and low level architectural designs (HLD/LLD) of new or modified systems
•    Collaborate with Development, DevOps and IT teams to ensure architectures are aligned with the organization's IT strategy
•    Perform impact analysis and identify architecture change needs based on new strategic requirements or technologies
•    Guiding Solution Architects and Technical Leads

Required Qualifications:

•    Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related subject
•    5+ years of experience in designing and managing business or technology architecture
•    Experience with Enterprise Architecture tools (ideally LeanIX)
•    Understanding of enterprise architecture models (e.g. TOGAF, ArchiMate)
•    Ability to understand and evaluate HLD and LLD architectural documents
•    Excellent documentation and communication skills with technical and non-technical teams
•    Ability to understand and design end-to-end architectures (business, application, data, technology)
•    Ability to solve complex issues and make strategic decisions
•    Communication, presentation and documentation skills

Desirable Qualifications:

•    TOGAF or similar certification
•    Experience in large-scale transformational projects or digital modernisation projects
•    Good knowledge of IT Governance and Business Capability Mapping principles
•    Excellent knowledge of English language
