Mid-Senior Cloud Architect

Role:  As a Mid-Senior Cloud Architect you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud-based solutions that support business objectives and digital transformation.

 What you will do:

•    Evaluation of the cloud architecture solutions introduced in the organization
•    Design and architecture of cloud-based solutions, in collaboration with development, DevOps and security teams
•    Document and maintain cloud architecture information in LeanIX (systems, interfaces, components, data flows, etc.)
•    Contribute to the application development area to shape the architecture of applications developed in-house
•    Create standards, analysis and proposal and best practices for development and operation in cloud environments
•    Work with security and compliance teams to align with organization policies and NIS2 directive requirements
•    Guiding and mentoring junior engineers and cloud specialists
•    Selecting appropriate cloud services based on technical requirements and cost
•    Work with business stakeholders to analyze needs and present technical solutions
•    Monitor and evaluate new trends/technologies in the cloud ecosystem

Required Qualifications:

•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
•    5+ years of experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud)
•    Experience in creating and documenting cloud architectures (HLD/LLD)
•    Good knowledge of cloud governance tools and standards (e.g. Azure Policies, IAM, networking)
•    Experience with EA tools and IT documentation (e.g. LeanIX)
•    Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD processes
•    Excellent knowledge of English language

Desirable Qualifications:

•    Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation)
•    Experience with Kubernetes and containerization environments (Docker)
•    Good knowledge of cloud security (IAM, encryption, networking policies)
•    Cloud Architect certifications (Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc.)
•    Understanding of FinOps and Cost Management in a cloud environment
•    Previous experience in hybrid cloud environments or public sector IT environment
