We are looking for an ERP Implementation & Integration Consultant to join our high caliber team.

Your Role

You will provide technical support for SOFTONE applications to end customers, offering daily advisory services based on their needs. Additionally, you'll manage requests and proposals for customer improvements regarding application usage and evolution.

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Customize and configure SOFTONE ERP based on business requirements
• Develop and maintain custom modules and functionalities (customs)
• Design and implement integrations between SOFTONE ERP and 3rd party systems (e.g. F&B POS, Backoffice)
• Support internal teams in the use and development of two in-house SOFTONE ERP installations
• Identify and troubleshoot technical and business process issues across ERP installations
• Contribute to the technical roadmap of ERP deployment, ensuring business continuity and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ERP functionalities with operational needs
• Participate in rollout and onboarding of new installations

Your Qualifications & Competencies

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience as ERP Consultant, ideally with SOFTONE ERP platform
• Strong technical skills in ERP configuration, parameterization, and customization
• Experience with ERP integrations using APIs, connectors, or middleware tools
• Understanding of business processes in retail, hospitality, or F&B sectors is a strong plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
