Responsibilities

• Develop IT policies and handle technical support issues at Level 1 and Level 2.
• Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place and effectively implemented.  
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs, providing technical solutions and support. 
• Oversee and maintain IT systems, manage IT projects, and develop strategies aligned with business goals & forecasting future needs.
• Oversee the maintenance and optimization of various IT aspects such as networks, servers etc.
• Manage a team of IT professionals.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Coordinate with external partners to ensure quality and cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including data protection and cybersecurity.

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in IT management, ideally in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Extensive experience managing IT systems and infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and software solutions
• Exceptional analytical abilities, with a talent for interpreting and utilizing complex data
• Solution-oriented approach, capable of tackling new challenges in a constantly evolving work setting
• Skilled in prioritizing daily tasks and adjusting to shifting demands and emerging needs
• Teamwork and effective collaboration with multiple teams
