What You Will Be Doing
We are looking for an Application Support Agent to join our team, to ensure that we deliver strong and reliable solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer technical support (email, phone on customer reported issues)
- Communicate with customers via phone & e-mail
- Identify, investigate and resolve user’s problems
- Record defects and re-test when resolved
- Support customer User Acceptance Testing
- Prepare technical/problem reports
Experience You Will Need to Succeed
- BSc in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in providing technical support.

- Excellent Communication and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Solid organizational skills and focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Detail oriented, maintaining the highest quality work standards
