Responsibilities:

• Provide consulting and support services to new and existing partners and customers.

• Adjust and extend Commercial Platform's integration API to meet customers' business requirements.

• Support partners with implementation and training of web applications.

• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements and needs, identify issues, and suggest the best solutions.

• Collect and analyze customer requirements and communicate with the development teams to provide the best solution.

• Troubleshoot technical issues.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a technical support environment.

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent.

• Advanced experience with XML and JSON files.

• Working experience and support in web applications.

• Experience with ERP Systems.

• Self - direction, attention to detail & great customer focus.

• Excellent command of English, both written and oral.
