We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced a Mid-Senior Project Manager (contract-based role) to join our team.
 

• Collaborate with the Project Owner and Senior Management to define project scope, goals, and key metrics for post-completion evaluation.
• Develop detailed project plans that outline prioritized actions, timelines, and resources, adjusting as necessary to ensure smooth progress.
• Monitor and control the project budget, making necessary adjustments to ensure cost-effective and timely project completion.
• Lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure adherence to organizational policies and practices.
• Identify risks and issues, propose mitigation actions, and ensure timely communication with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to Senior Management and business units, ensuring transparency on project progress.
• Implement Scrum and Agile methodologies to optimize project execution and delivery.

• Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience, particularly within the banking or financial services sectors.
• Proven experience leading large-scale IT projects from initiation to delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of managing and motivating cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Experience in risk management, budgeting, and timely project delivery.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP certification will be highly regarded.
