What You’ll Do:

• Innovate and Design: Participate in the design and configuration of state-of-the-art applications across desktop, web, and mobile platforms.
• Project Coordination: Facilitate and coordinate the development of information systems projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Team Collaboration: Work within a dedicated team to support and maintain smooth operations of our critical software systems, including ERP, CRM, and mobile applications.
• User Support and Training: Provide top-notch documentation, support, and training to users, helping them navigate and troubleshoot software issues.
• Report Creation: Develop comprehensive reports that drive informed decision-making and business success.

What You Bring:

• Educational Background: A university degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in modern application platforms and familiarity with desktop, web, and mobile technologies.
• Project Management Skills: Experience with IT project implementation processes, including Project Management, Agile Development, and ITIL/ITSM methodologies.
• Specialized Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ERP, CRM, and mobile app technologies.
• Professional Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in modern ICT environments supporting Business Applications and facilitating the progress of transformational initiatives.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of the English language.
