What You Will Achieve

You will help Pfizer meet its worldwide Transparency compliance needs by working with a cross functional team of vendors and Pfizer colleagues across the globe.

As a Medical Solution Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting various activities related to Pfizer's Global Medical Transparency solutions portfolio. You will provide guidance to operational teams, help in framing enterprise source change requirements, and provide areas of improvement for products, processes, or services. You will be able to take a leadership role to facilitate agreements between different teams across the organization.

How You Will Achieve It

• Manage and document accurately and comprehensively new requirements coming in from stakeholders around source systems feeding data into our Medical Transparency solution.
• Oversee new market onboarding activities, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with business objectives.
• Lead new release planning and deployment of our Medical Transparency solution, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
• Coordinate with technical leadership to align deployment timelines for releases and defect resolutions.
• Take ownership of financial budgeting and negotiate pricing with vendors to achieve cost-effective solutions.
• Utilize past experience in managing complex ETL processes from source systems to ensure efficient data integration and transformation.
• Work with cross-functional teams in a global setting to drive project success and achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, etc.).
• 5+ years' experience.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of change management activities in an enterprise level solution and requirement gathering and documentation processes.
• Experience in leading release planning and deployment activities, preferably in a cloud-based environment.
• Excellent financial management skills, with the ability to manage budgets and negotiate pricing effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with one or more of the following ETL tools, databases and reporting technologies is preferred such as PySpark, Databricks, Snowflake, Talend, AWS Ecosystem, Spotfire, Tableau, or similar technologies.

Nice-to-Have

• Master's degree
• Past experience with Data and Analytics projects.
• Familiarity with Data Governance and Data Management.
• Good understanding of agile ways of working using Scrum or SAFe frameworks.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
