We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated professional to join our growing Information Technology Team as an RPA Developer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and test business processes through RPA tools
• Develop robots for business teams and become involved in all the automation development phases, from analysis to maintenance
• Maintain, update and support existing bots and provide timely resolutions to arising issues
• Identify and recognize system deficiencies and implement effective solutions
• Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes, as well as propose solutions
• Communicate and collaborate with other developers, solution architects, business analysts, clients and Project Managers in a fast-paced environment

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or any other relevant degree
• At least 2 years experience with RPA tools, preferably Microsoft Power Automate (formerly Softomotive), Blue Prism or UiPath. Certification in any of the above tools will be considered a plus
• Expertise in RPA processes, including requirements gathering, solution designing, coding, testing, debugging, documentation and implementation
• At least 1 year of professional experience in programming in SQL, relational databases and application development
• Knowledge on various types of scripting (eg VBA, PowerShell, Python) is an advantage
• Knowledge of XML, XSD, Regular Expressions, XPath, JSON, understanding of RESTful API is an advantage
• Must be able to multitask and willing to work on multiple projects at a given time
• Experience in analyzing business processes and check suitability for automation
• Experience in working in a dynamic Agile/SCRUM project delivery environment beneficial
