In Evergrow S.A. we are looking for Sales Engineers on behalf of Connect Line, a proud member of the ARTION Group of companies, which offers integrated business solutions including ERP, HRM, CRM, Business Intelligence (BI), Warehouse Management System (WMS) and cloud services.

About the role

The Sales Engineer plays a critical role, bridging technical expertise and business development and sales, and acting as a liaison between the sales team and the technical team. He/she will work closely with clients, understanding their specific needs, and then leverage their in-depth understanding of the company's products or services to provide tailored solutions that meet those needs effectively.

  • Interacts directly with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and requirements, by gathering information and analyzing the existing systems or processes, so as to identify opportunities.
  • Develops customized solutions that align with the clients' needs and objectives, in close cooperation with the technical team.
  • Conducts product demonstrations and presentations to the clients.
  • Collaborates with the parties involved in order to create detailed proposals, outlining the solution, its benefits, pricing, and implementation timelines.
  • Provides ongoing technical support to clients, answering questions, addressing concerns, and helping with any technical issues that arise, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiates with clients, clarifying expectations, and ensuring that both parties are aligned on the proposed solution.
  • Monitors billing and settlements.
  • Stays up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product developments, and technological advancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution will be considered an additional advantage.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication, team spirit personality.
  • Organization, prioritization, effective time management skills.
