Job description 

Jobholder is the owner for the applications under his responsibility. He/She is accountable for delivering the design of new functionality, change requests and improvements. As a member of the IT delivery division, he/she will participate in business analysis sessions with key stakeholders in order to understand the needs, interpret them into technical design and provide guidance to the development and quality assurance team. Finally, he/she will be responsible to identify improvements on existing process and flows in order to meet operational excellence.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Responsible of E2E system technical design for projects and change requests 
• Cooperate with internal business stakeholders to finalize feature requirements based on business needs and best practice technical solution 
• Cooperate with Vendors on development of projects and change requests 
• Supervise corresponding implementations 
• Conduct SIT and Facilitate quality assurance team during testing 
• Propose and implement improvements on existing processes 

 Required Qualifications:  

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field 
• University degree in Information Systems Management / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or a related discipline. 
• 2 - 3 years of professional experience with assigned application. Active involvement in implementation / configuration 
• Previous working experience in consulting environments (or projects) will be appreciated, 
• Experience in energy industry will be considered a plus 
• Experience in SAP will be considered a plus 
• Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills 
• Strong attention to detail with a logical and methodical approach 
• Ability to work effectively within a team, strong communication skills
