Requirements
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a passionate, multi-talented Test Manager with a strong technology background, as well as a great propensity for creative problem-solving. Joining our clients' teams based in Athens, the successful candidate will work closely with our development team and create mobile and web solutions for challenging projects!
Tasks & Accountabilities:
- Define test scenarios and create logical (mainly E2E) test cases
- Coordination of test scenarios and creation of logical (especially E2E) test cases with the specialist department
- Organization, coordination, and execution of integration tests, E2E tests, and acceptance tests - Generation and provision of test data
- Collaboration in the creation of and responsibility for compliance with the staging concept
- All topics related to defect management
- Working with multiple Scrum teams
Required skills:
- Several years of proven experience in test management in complex system landscapes
- Experience in release management
- Proven quality awareness and a high degree of accuracy
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving approach
- Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills
- Advanced Leadership and Decision-Making Abilities
- Adaptability and Collaboration Skills
- Highly Organized and Effective Time Management
- Excellent English Language skills
