TERNA ENERGY, member of GEK TERNA Group, is seeking for :

IT Helpdesk

Essential functions for the Role

  • Provide first-level troubleshooting and support
  • Escalate issues to internal or external second level support
  • Follow end-user requests on the Helpdesk Portal
  • Handle the communication with hardware and service providers to fulfill IT procurement requests
  • Prepare monthly reports

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or similar
  • Basic knowledge of Windows configuration and administration
  • Working knowledge of Office 365 platform
  • 0-3 years of work experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A knowledge enthusiast, eager to learn and share knowledge with others
  • Able to work as an individual contributor and collaboratively as a team member
  • Responsible and accountable worker, ensuring timely and informative communications with IT management and end-users
