Currently, we are looking to bring on board a qualified ICT Engineer for IT & BPS Department:
What you will need to do:
- Install, configure and maintain databases (Oracle & MS SQL) and ensure data integrity, security, and availability
- Administration of server infrastructure, including operating systems and virtualization platforms
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute ICT projects
- Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Administration of backup and recovery plans for databases and systems
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with business objectives
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing
- Optionally: Configure and maintain network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
What skills you will need:
- Bachelor degree in Informatics, Computer Engineering and Informatics, Electrical and computer engineering, Applied Informatics, Informatics & Telecommunications and other similar
- Master degree in a related subject will be considered an additional qualification
- At least 3 years’ experience in using and managing DBMS Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server, operating systems Windows & Linux and VMWare virtualization platform
- At least basic knowledge in middleware administration tomcat, Weblogic 12c, Oracle analytics and in web servers Nginx, apache and IIS
- Fluency in the English language both written and spoken
