Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical abilities, combined with outstanding troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise. Excellent communication skills are also essential for this role.

As an on-site service desk agent, you will work autonomously and demonstrate strong proactivity in supporting our employees. Collaborating closely with the HQ, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing local equipment. In addition, you will serve as a mentor to less experienced team members, fostering their growth and development towards excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Providing local support in regard to all IT related topics in Athens and other locations in Greece.
• Analyzing, qualifying and processing support and service requests.
• Leading local IT related projects.
• Liaising with the technology department at our headquarters in Germany to implement changes to our infrastructure.
• Creating and maintaining our knowledge base.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, or several years of experience in the related field of work.
• Experience in using Windows operating system and familiarity with Apple operating systems and mobile devices (iOS and Android).
• Knowledge of cloud based collaboration tools like Google Workspace.
• Proficiency in English, knowledge of the german language will be considered a plus.
• Familiarity with ticket systems and web-based applications in a corporate context (e.g. CRM).
• Communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
• Self-confidence, structured mindset and reliability.
