Your main purpose

Comprehensive Data Management: Lead the aggregation and synthesis of data from various sources, ensuring robust datasets for analysis, and employ data cleaning techniques to guarantee data integrity

Advanced Analytics and Insights: Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze data, uncovering trends and patterns that inform strategic business decisions and presenting these insights through clear, impactful visualizations and reports

Predictive Analysis and Modeling: Design and implement predictive models to forecast trends and business outcomes, integrating machine learning algorithms to enhance predictive accuracy and actionable insights

Strategic KPI Tracking: Develop and monitor critical KPIs and metrics, analyzing performance to guide business strategy and operational improvements, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Leadership: Act as a key liaison between data analytics, IT, and business units, fostering a collaborative environment to drive data-centric solutions across the organization and mentoring a team of data professionals

Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay at the forefront of data analytics trends and technologies, advocating for the adoption of advanced tools and practices to maintain a competitive edge in data-driven strategies

What will you bring?

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, or Statistics, evidencing a strong foundation in analytical methodologies
Minimum 8 years of data analytics experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams and projects, showcasing a proven ability to drive business outcomes through data insights
Proficient in SQL and programming languages like Python or R for complex data analysis, statistical modeling and advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) to effectively communicate insights
Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis, regression techniques, and predictive modeling, with a keen ability to translate data into strategic business initiatives
Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing analytical talent, coupled with excellent communication abilities to articulate data-driven insights to stakeholders
Commitment to staying informed about the latest developments in data analytics tools and methodologies, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement
