GEK TERNA GROUP is currently looking for a Data Analytics Engineer

As a  passionate Data Analytics Specialist you’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary team that supports numerous digital transformation initiatives and provides various data-related services to end users across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collect data requirements based on upcoming business needs
• Create and review with the stakeholders the data analysis
• Design data architectures and pipelines to efficiently collect, store, process, and analyze large volumes of data using cloud technologies
• Set up data ingestion processes to bring in data from various sources, such as databases, logs, IoT devices and external APIs, into data lakes or data warehouses.
• Design data warehouses or data lakes
• Use big data processing frameworks and set up and manage real-time data processing and analytics
• Data visualization with Power BI or other tools
• Integrate machine learning models and predictive analytics into data pipelines to gain insights and make data-driven decisions
• Ensure data governance, access control and data security best practices are in place, including encryption, identity and access management (IAM) and auditing
• Communicate recommendations to stakeholders to help them make informed based business decisions
• Establishing a data culture across the Group

Requirements:

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or relevant field
• 3 years min and up to 5 years of proven experience in similar role
• Understanding of database management systems and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework
• DAX and Python knowledge is mandatory
• Knowledge of SQL Server– ability to write complex queries
• SAP BW knowledge or experience is a plus
• Azure or AWS knowledge is a plus
