Executive Level Team on behalf of its client, the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece, is looking for a Technical Account Manager.

Technical Account Manager

The Technical Account Manager will work closely with the existing and prospect clients and build relationships with them in order to help them achieve their technology goals and overcome technical challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Drive and expedite the progression of the company’’s existing enterprise solution opportunities
• Ascertain customer requirements through effective communication and engagement, coordinate proposal development, ensuring alignment with customer needs
• Assume full technical responsibility for identifying optimal tech solutions and handle technical specifications and contribute to pricing strategies
• Negotiate contract terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and supervise the implementation of solutions, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and contractual obligations
• Stay abreast of current and emerging technologies relevant to the industry and consistently research and suggest changes to enhance the company’’s technological offerings
• Develop strategies based on market insights to ensure the company remains competitive
• Align technological offerings with market demands and customer needs

Requirements:

• At least three (3) years of experience in similar roles
• Degree of AEI / TEI in Computer Science or other relevant field will considered an asset
• Experience in SD-WAN
• Great communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work as a team member and collaborate with different teams
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
