We are seeking a Junior Performance Manager to join our IT team:

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Performance Manager to join our marketing team. You will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager of Electroholic to develop advanced campaigns. The Junior Performance Manager will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation and optimization of the marketing campaigns of Electroholic across various digital channels. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, excellent analytical skills and a passion for driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, execution and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across channels such as PPC, display advertising, paid social and email marketing.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting and ad creative development to optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reporting and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and product, to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance marketing, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve campaign performance.
  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager in managing relationships with external partners, such as advertising platforms and agencies.
  • Assist in budget management and forecasting for performance marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, communications, advertising or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within a digital marketing agency setting.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as GA4, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for driving performance and achieving goals.
  • Google Ads certifications and Facebook Blueprint certification will be considered a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of PS Photoshop will be considered a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of video editing software will be considered a strong plus.
